Our Approach

We start with the community and the collection, not the building. Too many cultural institutions in Nigeria are designed around architecture first and meaning second. We reverse that — starting with who this institution is for, what it holds, and what it needs to sustain itself — then working backward to everything else.

Every museum is a business. It needs visitors, revenue streams, operational systems, and staff who know what they are doing. We design all of those things in parallel, so that when the doors open, the institution is ready to run.
